great views , but gym needs improvement

I loved the stunning ocean view from my Ocean Front Deluxe King room. It felt like a piece of paradise every morning. The unique spa experience in the cave added a magical touch to my stay, truly unforgettable. The staff were wonderfully attentive, especially Ms. Veronica at the restaurant who made dining a joy.

The gym equipment was outdated, making workouts a bit frustrating.

Our stay was enhanced by the resort's stunning landscaping and the warm, friendly staff who always welcomed us with smiles. The private beach was a serene escape after long workdays, and the proximity to both the airport and local attractions made it easy to explore during our free time.

The breakfast buffet ended a bit early, limiting our leisurely mornings.

The crystal caves were a unique feature. I enjoyed exploring them for a refreshing swim during the day. The dining options were quite good, especially the breakfast buffet with its hearty choices. The staff members, especially those at the pool bar, were attentive and helpful. The complimentary afternoon tea with cake was a nice surprise. However, the gym needed some attention. The equipment felt outdated, and I encountered a broken machine that was a risk to use. It would be great if they could modernize it. Also, the bathroom drainage issues in my room were a minor inconvenience. I expected better upkeep for the price. Despite these areas needing improvement, I would still highly recommend Grotto Bay for its beauty and mostly friendly service.
